Job summary

Link Group is seeking a Head of Data to design, implement, and manage enterprise data strategy across R&D, Clinical Operations, and Commercial workstreams. You will lead data governance, modernize infrastructure for real-time analytics, and enable AI/ML readiness while promoting a data-driven culture across the organization.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong data integrity knowledge, and ability to communicate strategy to executives.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience with data integrity standards (ALCOA+), GxP regulations, and health data privacy (GDPR/HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global data strategy for R&D, Clinical Ops, and Commercial workstreams.
• Establish and enforce a robust Data Governance framework for quality, security and compliance.
• Oversee modernization of data infrastructure for real-time analytics and AI/ML readiness.
• Collaborate with AI leadership to optimize data pipelines for advanced modeling and reporting.
• Advocate a data-driven culture and mentor technical teams across all departments.
