Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Warsaw is seeking a Data Transformation Manager to combine technology, automation, and AI for scalable data solutions.

You will lead end-to-end automation and application development from concept to deployment, serving Data Operations and related teams. The role requires hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Databricks, APIs, and Power Platform, with experience in enterprise applications, system integrations, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or data engineering within regulated industries or financial services.
• Strong hands‑on development experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and data tooling; solid software architecture understanding.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, build, and implement automation, application development, and AI solutions across Data Operations using Python, SQL, APIs, Databricks, Power Platform, and cloud technologies.
• Own the automation and application development portfolio end-to-end from opportunity assessment to value realization.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution architectures, user stories, and scalable software products across Data Operations, IT, and partners.
• Develop, test, and maintain custom applications, automation frameworks, APIs, data pipelines, and AI-powered solutions with CI/CD and testing.
• Build reporting and analytics solutions to measure automation adoption, performance, and business impact.
