Job summary

Constructor in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Head of Cybersecurity to build and lead security across application, compliance, infrastructure, and business applications. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic direction with hands-on review.

You will manage a small security team, shape security culture, collaborate with DevOps, engineering and compliance, and drive ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness. Remote/hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information security, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Track record running application security programs with CI/CD-integrated tooling and modern (AI-assisted) code review.
• Hands‑on experience with ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2, proven audit leadership.
• Experience securing business applications (M365, CRM, ERP) and vendor risk management.
• Ability to explain risk and trade-offs to engineers and executives.
• Comfortable operating with a small team and prioritizing across competing demands.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud security; sovereign cloud experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and run AppSec programs, including AI-assisted security reviews of code and PRs.
• Integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines to catch vulnerabilities before production.
• Lead security training and promote secure coding across the org.
• Evaluate and roll out AI coding tools to enhance security.
• Own ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications and audits.
• Define security standards for infrastructure-as-code and network architecture.
• Secure Kubernetes infrastructure and cloud environments, including sovereign deployments.
• Protect Microsoft 365, CRM, ERP and other line-of-business systems; manage vendor risk.
