Job summary

Constructor TECH is seeking a Head of Cybersecurity to lead our security program across application security, compliance, infrastructure and business security. You will manage a small security team, set direction with leadership, and work hands-on with engineering, IT and compliance to scale security as the company grows.

The role requires building and maturing secure-by-default practices, driving ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness, and collaborating across a distributed team in a hybrid/remote

Qualifications

8+ years in information security with 3+ years in a leadership role
Experience running application security programs with CI/CD integration
Hands-on with ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 audits and control frameworks
Experience securing business applications (M365, CRM, ERP) and vendor risk management

Responsibilities

Build and run the AppSec program, including AI-assisted security reviews of code and PRs
Integrate security checks into CI/CD to catch vulnerabilities before production
Own ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification and ongoing security audits
Partner with DevOps to secure Kubernetes and cloud environments
