Job summary

Fortrea is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Project Leader to act as the primary client lead for complex studies, coordinating across vendors and internal teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

You will develop risk management strategies, oversee TMFs and quality controls, and mentor project management staff while expanding client relationships and contributing to growth objectives.

Qualifications

• University/college degree in life sciences; Masters preferred.
• Nine (9) years clinical research experience with six (6) years of full project management responsibility.
• Four (4) years supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Extensive knowledge of the clinical development spectrum and ICH GCP.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates sound judgment in high-stakes or ambiguous situations.
• Excellent presentation skills for all levels including executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Primary client contact for assigned clinical studies or programs with complex strategy.
• Lead project teams across vendors, sub-CROs, and matrix environments.
• Develop and manage risk, control strategies, and operational delivery.
• Oversee TMF delivery, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and support growth through training and mentorship.
