Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Manager, Patient Recruitment to lead the strategy and execution of patient recruitment, retention and compliance across assigned clinical studies. You will work directly with project teams as a SME for the recruitment lifecycle and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities include developing recruitment and retention plans, reviewing vendor proposals and budgets, tracking metrics and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• University/College Degree (preferably Post graduate and Life Sciences) or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution or equivalent education and experience.
• Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of the lifecycle of a clinical trial.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP Guidelines, including relevant international requirements/guidelines for the conduct of global clinical development programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall recruitment/retention strategy for assigned trials, including vendor oversight and contract management.
• Develop and own recruitment/retention plans, budgets, and contingency actions.
• Review vendor proposals, costs, and manage negotiations; approve invoices.
• Provide proactive risk and mitigation plans to keep recruitment on track.
• Coordinate with client project teams and Fortrea stakeholders to ensure on-time performance and quality.
