Fortrea is seeking an Executive Director, Project Management for RWE and Phase IV studies. You will lead a global team, ensure operational and financial performance, and drive quality outcomes with strong client satisfaction.

The role requires multi-year PM leadership experience, deep clinical development knowledge, and a track record of strategic, financial and operational excellence in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Financial stewardship at P&L/portfolio level is required.
• RWE and Ph IV resourcing models and budget development experience.
• Proven leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Exceptional executive-level presentation skills.
• Experience with strategic planning activities.
• Deep knowledge of clinical development, ICH GCP, especially RWE/Ph IV.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Sound judgment in high-stakes or ambiguous situations.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Lead a global PMO for RWE and Phase IV studies with P&L accountability.
• Drive delivery excellence, financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Partner with BD, Commercial and Finance to refine bids and pricing.
• Develop leadership, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Promote CEO/CFO mindset and rigorous budgeting, forecasting and delivery.
• Collaborate with Clinical Ops, Quality and other functions to meet objectives.
• Aim for sustainable growth, quality outcomes, and margin optimization.
