Job summary

Vulcury Consulting is seeking a Head of AI Enablement & Transformation to build and lead a new AI implementation practice. This remote role offers autonomy, ownership, and a path to equity participation through successful delivery and client growth.

You will define services around agentic AI workflows, AI copilots, and automation, while coordinating with engineers and executives to deliver measurable outcomes for client organizations.

Qualifications

• MBA from a leading program.
• 3–7 years in technology consulting or AI implementation.
• Experience with LLM-based architectures and agentic AI workflows.
• Ability to manage executive stakeholders and own a practice.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Vulcury’s AI enablement and transformation practice.
• Define service offerings around agentic workflow design, AI automation, and AI infrastructure integration.
• Lead client development and delivery, establishing repeatable delivery models.
• Recruit and mentor technical consultants as the practice grows.
