Job summary

Vulcury Venture Studio and Advisors is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer — Founding Technical Lead (India). This is a remote, full-time, permanent role reporting to the Founder with technical oversight from Fractional CTO.

You will own the build-out of our first production product and grow into a senior technical anchor for the studio. You will lead the architectural decisions, ship a production ML system, and mentor a small team across time zones, while shaping the semantic layer that connects

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years focused on applied ML or AI systems.
• Experience shipping production ML/AI systems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical build of the first-generation Trustbridge supplier app end-to-end: architecture, model selection, agent design, inference layer, and production deployment.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 junior engineers and interns based in India.
• Translate business and product specs into buildable technical plans and work with the founder.
• Collaborate with the Fractional CTO on architecture decisions and strategy.
• Be redeployed to additional internal products and external client engagements as the practice grows.
