Vulcury Consulting is seeking a Head of AI Enablement & Transformation to build and lead a new AI implementation practice. You will design and deploy agentic AI workflows, copilots, and AI-powered automation for client organizations.

This role combines strategic development with hands-on delivery, client development, and economics management, offering equity and revenue-sharing upside within Vulcury’s platform and venture studio ecosystem.

Qualifications

• This role seeks an MBA with 3-7 years in technology consulting or digital transformation and proven AI delivery.
• Candidates should have experience building or deploying AI tools and familiarity with modern AI architectures.
• Strong track record working with executive stakeholders on technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the AI transformation practice and define service offerings.
• Develop new client relationships through thought leadership and partnerships.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Own the P&L of the AI transformation practice and scalable delivery models.
• Collaborate with senior advisory input to align with enterprise patterns.
