Job summary

Vulcury Consulting is seeking a Head of AI Enablement & Transformation to establish and lead a new AI implementation practice. This remote role focuses on deploying practical AI systems, designing repeatable delivery frameworks, and driving client engagements across diverse industries.

The ideal candidate will bring consulting and AI execution experience, with a track record of building or scaling AI capabilities, and a desire to own a high-impact practice with meaningful upside.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology consulting or digital transformation.
• AI implementation within a startup or enterprise.
• Building or deploying AI tools internally.
• Familiarity with modern AI architecture including LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, automation platforms, API integrations.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders on technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to originate business or manage client relationships.
• Wants ownership and autonomy; building a practice with meaningful upside.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build Vulcury's AI enablement and transformation practice.
• Develop and manage client relationships and new business opportunities.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and implement client solutions.
• Oversee deployment, testing, and iteration of AI systems within client environments.
• Manage economics of the practice including revenue share and equity incentives.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to deliver concrete AI outcomes.
