Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Senior Engineering Lead for the AI Search Platform, based in Warsaw. You will own Graph Search, improve multi-tenant scalability, and drive the adoption of AI-first search capabilities across Content, Studio, and Enterprise workflows.

You will manage a team of eight engineers, mentor talent, and partner with Knowledge Foundations to deliver cohesive data architectures and primitives for platform teams across Netflix.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating highly reliable platform systems (24x7 on-call).
• Ability to move between low-level details and architectural strategy.
• Experience leading inclusive, high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute vision and strategy for the Graph Search platform.
• Collaborate with Knowledge Foundations to align roadmaps across data and search initiatives.
• Act as a technical advisor and uphold engineering standards.
• Set meaningful leading indicators and measure impact with stakeholders.
• Ensure operational excellence with on-call, capacity, and SLOs.
• Foster an inclusive culture and grow team ownership and impact.
