Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical program management experience.
• Domain experience in Studio Technology Infrastructure, or Generative AI/ML platform delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale software and infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional technical programs focused on foundational studio infrastructure, including hardware provisioning (workstations, render nodes), cloud tenant setup (compute, storage, network), and large-scale data migration initiatives.
• Provide deep domain expertise to form technical strategies for migrating and modernizing studio production environments, including large datasets across various storage and cloud solutions.
• Drive and manage the technical integration of third-party creative and infrastructure software onto Netflix's corporate platforms.
• Scope and lead the execution of Generative AI/ML initiatives, working with engineering and data science partners to identify high-value use cases and productionize new AI platform capabilities, such as access to advanced LLM/APIs.
• Drive engagement with cross-functional partners, work to decompose requirements into technical execution plans with measurable milestones, effectively optimize scope and schedule, manage cross-functional dependencies, and proactively manage risks around Day 1 readiness for complex tech integrations.
• Craft clear communication of progress toward goals, reporting status to stakeholders and leadership, translating complex technical challenges into clear business implications.
