You will design and build tooling that powers fleet-wide migration campaigns and own end-to-end delivery from scoping through automated execution and validation. You will work with platform and product teams to de-risk complex infrastructure changes, build durable tooling, and scale adoption of Paved Path

Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering skills with experience building and operating production services at scale.
• Experience navigating large infrastructure ecosystems and understanding interdependencies.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions.
• Proof of driving complex cross-functional technical projects.
• Strong technical writing: design docs and postmortems.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute large-scale code and infrastructure migration campaigns across Netflix’s fleet.
• Own the full migration lifecycle: scoping, campaign design, automated execution, validation, and completion.
• Extend PME’s internal automation platforms using AI-assisted transformations and batch orchestration.
• Write clear design documents and communicate trade-offs between approaches.
• Collaborate with partner teams to de-risk infrastructure changes and ensure successful campaigns.
• Instrument migrations with telemetry and dashboards to monitor health and adoption.
