Job summary

Esko is seeking an engineering leader to head the Agentic AI platform team in Prague, with hybrid work options. You will shape the platform's direction, guide substantial technical areas, and own delivery across multiple domains.

You will collaborate with product engineering, architecture, security, and design to translate needs into reusable capabilities. You will also contribute to Esko's AI direction, mentor engineers, and drive production-grade adoption of agentic workflows while maintaining

Qualifications

Production software engineering experience with Python, TypeScript or Java.
Experience leading engineers, providing coaching and ownership.
Experience building a platform or shared service used by multiple teams.
Experience designing production AI systems using LLMs and agentic workflows.
Ability to balance platform coherence with domain differences.
Cross-functional collaboration in a global organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Undergraduate/Master’s/PhD in CS/ML/DS/AI or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Agentic AI engineering team with clear goals and performance feedback.
Contribute to design, implementation, and operation of substantial platform areas.
Shape architecture, interfaces and engineering quality with the community.
Translate product needs into reusable platform capabilities without forks.
