Esko is seeking a hands-on engineering leader for the Agentic AI platform in Prague with hybrid and remote options. You will manage and grow the Agentic AI team, while contributing technically to large-scale platform initiatives.

You will collaborate with product engineering, cloud platform, security, and design to deliver reliable, scalable AI-enabled workflows and shared capabilities across Esko’s customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong production software engineering experience in Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience leading engineers with line management, coaching and performance feedback.
• Experience building a platform or shared service used by multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Agentic AI engineering team with clear goals and career development.
• Contribute to design, implementation, and operation of substantial areas of Esko's shared Agentic AI platform.
• Shape platform direction, architecture, and quality bar in collaboration with the wider team.
• Translate recurring needs into reusable platform capabilities while managing domain differences.
• Establish robust engineering practices for reliability, security, observability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product teams to drive adoption of the shared platform into production.
• Create an environment where engineers can experiment, learn, and make data-driven decisions.
