Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Warsaw is seeking a Head Fund Full Holdings Onboarding to lead the Fund Full Holdings Intake team and drive data services.

It combines leadership, operational expertise, and deep financial data knowledge to deliver service excellence and build client partnerships. Based in Warsaw with up to 40% remote work, you will oversee onboarding of data providers, maintain fund data services, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and support product

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fund data, holdings, and instruments (funds, equities, fixed income, derivatives).
• Experience in Fund Admin, Asset Management Ops, Data Management with onboarding exposure.
• Analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills for complex data issues.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication with clients and partners.
• Collaborative leader with focus on service, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Fund Full Holdings Intake team, including planning and performance management.
• Oversee onboarding and maintenance of fund data providers and services, including testing and deployment.
• Ensure data quality and service excellence across Fund Full Holdings products; act as escalation point.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency to scale delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and support product enhancements.

This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, operational expertise, and deep financial data knowledge to drive service excellence, support product innovation, and build strong partnerships with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• lead and manage the Fund Full Holdings Intake team, including resource planning, coaching, performance management, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder communication.
• oversee the onboarding and maintenance of fund data providers and services, including file analysis, mapping configuration, testing, deployment, and operational support.
• ensure data quality and service excellence across Fund Full Holdings products, acting as the escalation point for complex data, processing, and client issues.
• drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives to enhance scalability, quality, and service delivery.
• collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, support product enhancements, and contribute to the development of new data solutions and services.

What You Bring

• strong knowledge of fund data, portfolio holdings, and financial instruments, including mutual funds, equities, fixed income, and derivatives, with a solid understanding of fund data structures and analytics.
• proven experience in Fund Administration, Asset Management Operations, Data Management, or a related middle-office environment, with exposure to onboarding and operational processes.
• strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex data issues, identify root causes, and drive effective solutions.
• experienced in stakeholder and client engagement, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage requirements across internal teams, external providers, and business partners.
• collaborative and proactive leader with a strong service mindset, capable of driving process improvements, supporting team development, and fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
