Job summary

Adtran, Inc. in Gdynia is seeking a hardware‑minded student to learn and grow in Hardware Engineering. You will work with an experienced Hardware Engineer on design, development and support of controller modules for telecom systems.

This learning role starts with well‑defined tasks under mentorship, expanding responsibilities as you gain expertise, with opportunities to contribute to real product work and production tests.

Qualifications

• 3rd-year student in electronics or related field required.
• Solid basics in analog/digital circuits and buses.
• Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB workflows.
• Willingness to learn in a mentor-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist hardware design with schematic capture and PCB guidance.
• Participate in board bring-up and debugging with lab tools.
• Contribute to hardware test cases and documentation.
• Research components and support production testing.
• Collaborate with Systems, FPGA, and Software teams.
