Job summary

Consult Red is seeking a full-time contractor on a rolling 4-month position to join a large engineering project spanning electrification, industrial automation, robotics, motion control, and digital industrial systems.

You will create and maintain electronic schematics with Altium Designer, design multi-layer PCBs, and generate manufacturing outputs; 100% remote, hybrid, or office-based work (office in Wrocław) — your choice.

Qualifications

• PCB design and layout experience for multi-layer boards.
• Hands-on experience with Altium Designer.
• Experience with mixed-signal, analogue, digital, power and communication designs.
• Strong EMC, signal integrity and manufacturability knowledge.
• Ability to review designs and implement fixes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain electronic schematics using Altium Designer.
• Design multi-layer PCB layouts for mixed-signal, analogue, digital, power and communication circuits.
• Develop and maintain PCB libraries including symbols, footprints, and 3D component models.
• Ensure EMC, signal integrity, thermal and manufacturability requirements.
• Generate and manage manufacturing outputs including Gerber, ODB++, assembly drawings, pick-and-place files, and BOMs.
• Perform design reviews and implement corrective actions.

We are currently looking for a full-time contractor on a rolling 4-month position to join a large engineering project spanning areas such as electrification, industrial automation, robotics, motion control, and digital industrial systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and maintain electronic schematics using Altium Designer.
• Design multi-layer PCB layouts for mixed-signal, analogue, digital, power, and communication circuits.
• Develop and maintain PCB libraries including symbols, footprints, and 3D component models.
• Ensure compliance with EMC, signal integrity, thermal, and manufacturability requirements.
• Generate and manage manufacturing outputs including Gerber, ODB++, assembly drawings, pick-and-place files, and BOMs.
• Perform design reviews and implement corrective actions.

What You Bring

• Strong PCB design & layout experience, ideally with multi-layer boards.
• Hands-on Altium Designer experience.
