Job summary

SourceIn is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own daily supply chain and operations for its QCC and restaurant network. You will lead procurement, inventory, production planning and logistics, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of ingredients to both company-owned and franchise locations.

The role requires strong supplier management, negotiation, and the ability to work with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

4-6+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or production management.
Proven experience managing suppliers and negotiating pricing, contracts and terms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data and KPIs to drive decisions.
Advanced Excel skills; ERP and/or WMS systems experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Take day-to-day responsibility for supply chain operations of the QCC, including production, inventory, procurement and distribution.
Manage supply of pizza dough, sauces and key ingredients to company-owned and franchise restaurants.
Oversee ordering processes from restaurants and translate demand into production and supply requirements.
Supervise logistics operations: delivery planning, transport coordination, distribution, and external partners.
Monitor OTIF, stock availability and minimise waste and working capital.
