Job summary

SourceIn is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own day-to-day operations across procurement, production planning, inventory, logistics and distribution for its QCC and restaurant network.

You will oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, manage OTIF performance, and lead a team to drive cost control, quality and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong English, 4–6+ years in relevant fields, ERP/WMS familiarity, and a Category B driving licence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in supply chain operations, procurement and logistics.
• Experience with HACCP, BRC/IFS, GMP and food safety standards.
• Experience managing multiple suppliers and franchisees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with KPI-driven decisions.
• Advanced Excel; ERP/WMS experience advantageous.
• Category B driving licence.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day supply chain operations for QCC and network.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, production planning and distribution.
• Coordinate with franchisees, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Monitor OTIF performance and stock availability.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
• Lead and develop the QCC and supply chain team.
• Prepare and report KPIs to management.
