Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a hands-on Head of Delivery to lead delivery excellence across multiple client projects in Poland. This is a practical, delivery-focused leadership role with involvement in customer engagements, technical discussions, resource planning and day-to-day problem solving.

You will mentor delivery teams, drive processes, monitor performance, manage risks, and collaborate with senior leadership on planning and improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a senior delivery leadership role within tech consulting or services.
• Hands-on involvement in delivery, client discussions, and technical scoping.
• Strong skills in coordinating multiple client projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of multiple client projects and engagements.
• Stay closely involved in day-to-day delivery, supporting teams with technical and client challenges.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements, define scope, and resolve issues.
• Provide input during pre-sales, project scoping, and delivery discussions.
• Plan and prioritise resources across projects, ensuring the right skills and capacity.
• Develop and improve delivery processes, standards, and ways of working.
• Mentor and develop technical delivery teams; support senior leadership with planning.
• Monitor delivery performance, identify risks, and implement improvements to quality and efficiency.
