Job summary

Paris Tobacco Company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance team. The role covers accounting operations, statutory reporting, tax compliance and closing processes in Poland, with close collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teams.

You will oversee GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, tax reporting, audits, and internal controls while driving process improvements and team development in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, including managerial experience.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of Polish accounting principles and reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with VAT, CIT, WHT and transfer pricing in Poland and EU.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations including planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing; prepare statutory statements and management reports.
• Manage accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory, intercompany and reconciliations.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, liquidity, and working capital; identify variances and opportunities.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting, tax and financial regulations.
