Job summary

MEININGER Kraków Centrum is looking for a Receptionist (f/m/d) to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth arrival experience in a lively hotel environment.

You will respond to guest inquiries, advise on local attractions, handle invoicing and admin tasks, and assist with occasional F&B shifts. Fluent English and German are required, additional languages are a plus, and collaboration within a diverse team is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or HORECA is a plus.
• Outgoing personality and people skills.
• Fluency in German and English (min A2-B1).

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide local recommendations and guest assistance.
• Handle basic invoicing and admin tasks.
• Support F&B tasks on occasion.
