Job summary

OnTheGoSystems is seeking a hands-on marketer who uses AI agents, automation, and structured workflows to deliver real marketing results. You’ll work across content, SEO, email, product marketing, acquisition, and conversion, partnering with product, development, and support teams.

You’ll bring strategic thinking and strong execution, with a track record of turning ideas into action and demonstrating impact on business outcomes.

Qualifications

• You already use AI agents, automation, or advanced AI workflows in your everyday work, own the quality of what they produce, and can show us the results.
• You adapt quickly when priorities change and can work effectively even when not everything is clearly defined from the beginning.
• You combine strategic thinking with strong hands-on execution. You can identify what needs to be done and turn ideas into action.
• You understand how marketing connects to business results and can share specific examples of your impact.
• You enjoy working across different areas of marketing, wearing different hats, and learning new things as needed.
• You have experience marketing technical products. A background in software, SaaS, WordPress, or a similar industry would be especially relevant.
• You work independently, make decisions, and move things forward without needing detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Find marketing and growth opportunities and turn them into concrete actions.
• Work hands-on across content, SEO/GEO, email, product marketing, acquisition, conversion, and other areas where you can make an impact.
• Use AI agents and automation as a core part of your everyday work.
• Build and improve workflows that help us achieve more with AI.
• Use data and business results to understand what works, what doesn’t, and what we should improve.
• Work directly with product, development, and support teams to understand our products, customers, and opportunities.
• Take ownership from identifying an opportunity through execution, measurement, and improvement.
