Job summary

OnTheGoSystems, a leader in WPML and translation products, seeks a hands-on marketer who uses AI agents, automation, and structured workflows to drive real marketing work and measurable results.

You’ll own opportunities from discovery through execution, collaborating with product, development, and support to understand customers and build scalable marketing workflows that reach hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI-driven marketing workflows and demonstrating impact.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and undefined scopes.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution.
• Proven track record linking marketing activities to business results.
• Comfort with multitasking across diverse marketing domains.
• Experience marketing technical products (SaaS/WordPress or similar).

At OnTheGoSystems (creators of WPML and PTC), content is a key driver of how hundreds of thousands of people discover, understand, and choose our translation and localization products.

AI is already a core part of how we work. We use it to move faster, automate work, research, analyze, build, and improve our products and processes.

We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who works the same way. We’re looking for someone who uses AI agents, automation, integrations, and structured workflows to get real marketing work done – and can show us the results.

You won’t be joining to follow a fixed marketing playbook. You’ll have the opportunity to bring your ideas and help shape how marketing works at OTGS, reaching hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Find marketing and growth opportunities and turn them into concrete actions.
• Work hands-on across content, SEO/GEO, email, product marketing, acquisition, conversion, and other areas where you can make an impact.
• Use AI agents and automation as a core part of your everyday work.
• Build and improve workflows that help us achieve more with AI.
• Use data and business results to understand what works, what doesn’t, and what we should improve.
• Work directly with product, development, and support teams to understand our products, customers, and opportunities.
• Take ownership from identifying an opportunity through execution, measurement, and improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• You already use AI agents, automation, or advanced AI workflows in your everyday work, own the quality of what they produce, and can show us the results.
• You adapt quickly when priorities change and can work effectively even when not everything is clearly defined from the beginning.
• You combine strategic thinking with strong hands-on execution. You can identify what needs to be done and turn ideas into action.
• You understand how marketing connects to business results and can share specific examples of your impact.
• You enjoy working across different areas of marketing, wearing different hats, and learning new things as needed.
• You have experience marketing technical products. A background in software, SaaS, WordPress, or a similar industry would be especially relevant.
• You work independently, make decisions, and move things forward without needing detailed instructions.
