Job summary

Antal is seeking an entrepreneurial Managing Director to lead a project-based industrial services business in Poland. You will drive growth, build teams, develop markets and accelerate performance across Poland and selected Eastern European markets.

You will own P&L, set strategy, recruit leaders, and implement processes to enable sustainable expansion while collaborating with international stakeholders and senior leadership. The role offers high autonomy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility.
• Track record of growing a business unit or subsidiary.
• Strong commercial acumen with sales and market expansion experience.
• Ability to lead strategically while hands-on in operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full operational and strategic management of the business.
• Own P&L, budgeting, performance and growth targets.
• Build local organisation, leadership team and structures.
• Create and execute a commercial strategy for market expansion.
• Develop key customer relationships and drive sales activities.
• Recruit, lead and develop commercial and operational teams.
• Implement reporting structures and management systems.
• Lead transformation initiatives and collaborate with international leadership.
• Ensure operational excellence across project delivery and service.
