Job summary

BYD Europe BV is seeking a Website and SEO specialist to own website updates, optimization, and ongoing development. This role collaborates with the marketing team to ensure high-quality content, effective landing pages, and strong visibility in search engines.

Key responsibilities include CMS updates, launching landing pages for campaigns, on-site SEO, page structure optimization, and monitoring traffic with GA and GSC.

Qualifications

• Experience in Website Specialist, Digital Specialist, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, AEM, Drupal).
• Experience with event tracking and tagging (Google Tag Manager).
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
• Experience creating and optimizing landing pages.
• Analytical skills to draw insights from data (GA, GSC).
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and HTML/CSS.
• Fluent English for documentation and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing content updates and management of the website using a CMS.
• Creating, launching, and optimizing landing pages for marketing and sales campaigns.
• Supporting website structure planning and user journey optimization.
• On-site SEO optimization: content, metadata, structure, and internal linking.
• Monitoring website traffic and user behavior (GA, GSC).
• Collaborating with content, performance marketing, IT teams, or external vendors.
• Ensuring website content aligns with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Implementing optimization recommendations to improve conversion rates.
