Job summary
MasterBorn is seeking a Product Designer to join our outstanding Product Design team. You will design useful apps for web and mobile in Figma, collaborating with clients from Fintech, Sportstech, and Medtech sectors across the American IT market.
You’ll have a mentor, flexible hours, and the option for 100% remote, hybrid, or onsite work within Poland's time zone. The role focuses on user-centered design, AI-assisted prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio with at least one UI desktop or mobile project.
- 1 year of commercial experience in a similar position.
- Understanding of UX rules.
- Openness to AI & automations tools.
- Written and spoken English C1 and Polish C1.
Responsibilities
- Create useful and eye-pleasing designs for landing pages and web/desktop apps.
- Use AI to create interactive prototypes that bring concepts to life.
- Map out user flows based on client requirements.
- Work with existing Design Systems with buddy’s help.
- Attend client meetings to set requirements and present ideas.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and Designers to refine the app.
