Job summary

RYNO Strategic Solutions is seeking a Director of Marketing to own the overall marketing strategy and elevate brand authority in the Home Services ecosystem. This role requires a builder mindset, hands-on execution, and a player-coach approach to scale initiatives from concept to revenue.

You will assess current marketing footprints, craft a multi-channel plan, and shape a strategy with cross-functional execution support.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on marketing experience in B2B or agency settings (Home Services is a plus).
Builder mindset with ability to map, design and execute a cohesive strategy from scratch.
Player-coach mentality with high initiative and ability to wear multiple hats in a lean environment.
Strong storytelling and B2B narrative creation across digital channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Email).

Responsibilities

Develop and own a high-impact marketing plan elevating brand authority in the home services space.
Design and integrate a partnerships roadmap with industry influencers and vendors.
Define content and narrative architecture to convert authority into measurable revenue.
Align marketing with sales and product to drive scalable lead generation.
Establish KPIs and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences and industry events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
