Senior Business Development Manager – Poland
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Polish market. You’ll lead business growth initiatives and build a high-performing team within the Application Services portfolio, which includes Business Intelligence, Data Science, AI, ERP Cloud, ECM, BPM, RPA, Testing, Development, and more.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development activities with a strong focus on the local market
- Expand the Application Services portfolio across Poland
- Build and shape the right mix of delivery capabilities
- Support the creation and growth of strategic accounts
- Collaborate closely with other Strategic Business Units and Global Business Lines operating in Poland
- Report directly to the Chief Sales Officer in Poland
Qualifications
- Strong orientation toward sales, negotiation, and business growth, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven track record of successful project sales within the last 2 years
- Deep understanding of the IT and consulting industry
- Ability to grow local business while navigating a corporate and international environment
- Active network within the IT business community
- Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Polish and English
Nice to have
- Background in consulting or IT – ideally a consultant with a strong sales drive
- Business-oriented profile with deep technological insight and experience working with IT companies
- Experience from direct IT providers or one of the Big Four consulting firms
