Cundall Johnston & Partners LLP is seeking a Building Services BIM Technician for our Warsaw office to create coordinated BIM models and drawings across design stages. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and use Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools to support design processes.
The role requires Revit experience, knowledge of ISO 19650 frameworks, and fluent Polish and English. Navisworks/Autodesk Forma experience is advantageous, with a competitive starting salary and training opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Building Services BIM Technician to join our team at our office in Warsaw to produce coordinated BIM Models & drawings for all stages of design for a wide range of exciting buildings.
As part of our established team of expert engineers and technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will develop coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit software. Additionally, you will have opportunities to use a variety of other digital engineering tools and software to support the design processes.
Having already been accredited with a relevant HNC/HND (or equivalent) and worked on projects delivered in accordance with BS EN ISO 19650 standards (or equivalent international BIM frameworks), you will have gained strong practical experience of using Revit in a similar building based role, you will be adept at planning and organising your workload and communicating effectively with engineering and BIM specialists. You will have sound knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines, and share Cundall’s passion for creative, sustainable and intuitive design. Navisworks and Autodesk Forma experience would be advantageous.
You will need to communicate in Polish and English language.
