Job summary

Sibelco is offering a Global Graduate Programme in Bukowno that accelerates early career growth through two one-year rotations in key operational and commercial roles, with a permanent contract from day one and international exposure in the second year.

You will develop business concepts, feasibility assessments, and strategic roadmaps while collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain across clusters.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to structure complex challenges.
• Understanding of basic financial concepts (cost structures, margins, business cases).
• Ability to work with data and tools such as Excel and PowerPoint (analytical tools are a plus).
• Interest in business model innovation, strategy, and operational excellence.
• Proactive, curious mindset and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good command of English (Polish is a strong advantage).
• Willingness to travel occasionally (~30%) within the country/cluster.

Responsibilities

• Conducting market research, customer analysis, and internal capability assessments to identify new growth opportunities.
• Identifying unmet customer needs, operational gaps, and commercial opportunities for innovation.
• Exploring new business models, including value-added services, partnerships, alternative go-to-market approaches, and digital or data-driven offerings.
• Benchmarking internal and external best practices and translating them into actionable concepts.
• Developing business concepts, value propositions, and feasibility assessments, including scalability and risks.
• Designing and supporting the execution of at least one pilot initiative within the cluster.
• Preparing business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation roadmaps for management.
• Collaborating closely with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and practical implementation.
