Together, we can shape the future.Your Impact in This RoleThe Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of all Sibelco products in Poland, with a primary focus on industries such as foundry, steel, refractories, and industrial coatings, and potentially construction and ceramics in the future.We are not exclusively looking for an industrial minerals specialist; however, experience in selling technical products or raw materials within industries such as chemicals, steel, ceramics, or similar sectors is required.As part of customer and key account management, you will be responsible for:Conducting regular customer visits across the regionSetting pricing and payment termsNegotiating multi-year contractsDeveloping sales and growth strategiesSupporting supply chain activitiesMonitoring and analyzing competitor activitiesWhat You Bring to the TeamUniversity degree (technical background preferred), or a strong interest in the technical aspects of salesSeveral years of sales experience in related industries (e.g., chemicals, ceramics, steel, or similar)Proven track record of achieving sales targetsFluent Polish and strong English language skillsEmployee Type:PermanentWhy Join Us?Sibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
