Job summary

• Lead a production team including own staff and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with the production scheduler and management when required.
• Develop a yearly workplan and monitor budget adherence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site production activities to meet the production schedule.
• Motivate the team to report unsafe or unhealthy behaviour and issues.
• Control activities within the predefined budget and alert sales on time when problems arise.
• Apply Operational Excellence principles to production activities.
• Balance customer demands with quality, quantity, efficiency and cost.
