Job summary

Sibelco in Wyszków, Poland, is seeking a Supervisor Production to lead on-site operations and ensure activities conform to the production schedule while maintaining a strong safety and health focus. You will supervise the production team, including subcontractors, and ensure all actions align with permits and local requirements.

You will drive continuous improvement under Operational Excellence, balance customer demands with quality and cost, and develop a yearly workplan.

• Supervise on-site production activities to meet the production schedule.
• Motivate the team to report unsafe or unhealthy behaviour and issues.
• Control activities within the predefined budget and alert sales on time when problems arise.
• Apply Operational Excellence principles to production activities.
• Balance customer demands with quality, quantity, efficiency and cost.
