Job summary

CoreWeave Europe is seeking a Hardware Engineer, GPU Infrastructure, to own GPU health and interconnect reliability across the fleet. You will automate diagnostics and build robust monitoring, alerting, and playbooks for GPU/PCIe failures.

Work with data centre operations, server OEMs, and NVIDIA to drive long‑term fixes. You will join an on‑call rotation and support regional bring‑ups across EMEA and APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in hardware, infrastructure, systems, or platform engineering in data centre/cloud/HPC environments.
• 2+ years hands-on data centre GPUs (H100+) experience including InfiniBand and NVLink.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, PCIe devices and management technologies.
• Proficiency in Python or Ansible with Redfish/IPMI experience.
• Experience building GPU diagnostics, observability and automation tools.
• Proven incident management and on-call experience with root‑cause analysis.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Own GPU health and interconnect reliability across the fleet.
• Automate GPU diagnostics and develop monitoring/alerting systems.
• Build playbooks for detecting and addressing GPU/PCIe failures.
• Collaborate with data centre ops, OEMs and vendors to drive fixes and RMAs.
• Serve as regional escalation point for GPU issues across EMEA and APAC.
• Support region bring-ups and participate in on-call rotations.
• Feed insights back into automation and platform design.
