Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to operate and maintain our GPU fleets across global data centers. You’ll work with customers, data center technicians, and engineering teams to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure.

You will diagnose issues, triage incidents, develop troubleshooting guides, and participate in on-call rotations. Strong Linux, networking, and scripting skills are essential to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with data centers, GPU clusters, or hardware troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to drive resolutions and improvements in cross-functional teams.
• Strong Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) command-line skills and scripting experience.
• Familiarity with HPC, networking fundamentals, and large-scale DC environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for bare-metal GPU fleets on CoreWeave Cloud.
• Diagnose and triage customer issues and high-priority incidents; identify root causes.
• Develop understanding of customer workloads to offer tailored technical support.
• Coordinate remote troubleshooting with Data Center Technicians and engineering teams.
• Create and maintain internal troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support production clusters.
