CoreWeave Europe seeks a Fleet Reliability Operations Engineer to own provisioning and uptime of our GPU clusters. You’ll push nodes from racked to ready, balancing speed and reliability with cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Linux system administration.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues to maintain systems.
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python or PowerShell.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years data center exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain large-scale high-performance clusters with GPUs.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; coordinate with data center teams to resolve.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and take remediation actions for cloud health.
• Participate in on-call rotations including after hours and weekends.
• Create and maintain documentation of processes and best practices.
• Collaborate to improve team processes and efficiency.
