Job summary

Quality & Reliability S.A. (QnR) in Warsaw seeks a DR Governance Program Lead to join the Data Centre Team. You will coordinate ICT Disaster Recovery planning, testing, reporting and remediation to ensure critical services are always recoverable.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT operations and 3+ years in disaster recovery or BCM, ITIL 4 Foundation, and BC/DR certifications. EU CONFIDENTIAL security screening is required, with strong cross-functional collaboration across technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in IT operations, infrastructure coordination, resilience, continuity or service governance.
• 3+ years in disaster recovery, business continuity, resilience coordination or service recovery governance.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification (or equivalent).
• One of CBCI, DRI ABCP/CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or another BC/DR cert.
• Eligibility and willingness to undergo EU CONFIDENTIAL security screening.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional work across multiple technical teams.
• Experience maintaining plans, reports, action trackers, test calendars or governance docs.
• English at B2 level (CEFR) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT DR workstream with Data Centre Team Lead.
• Define, review and maintain ICT DR plans for in-scope services.
• Coordinate full DR cycle: planning, testing, reporting and remediation.
• Maintain DR readiness dashboards, evidence status and action tracking.
• Act as Data Centre Team focal point for ICT DR towards BCM and stakeholders.
• Maintain governance documents, review cycles and ownership models.
• Support management reporting and structured stakeholder communication.

Role Overview

We are looking for a DR Governance Program Lead to join the Data Centre Team, in one of our public-sector clients in Warsaw. You will lead the coordination of ICT Disaster Recovery: planning, testing, reporting and fixing gaps, so that critical services are always ready to recover.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Data Centre Team Lead in coordinating the ICT DR workstream
• Helping define, review and maintain ICT DR plans for in-scope services
• Coordinating the full DR cycle: planning, testing, reporting and remediation
• Keeping DR readiness visible through dashboards, evidence status and action tracking
• Being the Data Centre Team's focal point for ICT DR towards BCM and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining DR governance documents, review cycles, ownership models and readiness reports
• Supporting management reporting and structured communication with stakeholders

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure coordination, resilience, continuity or service governance
• At least 3 years of experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, resilience coordination or service recovery governance
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification (or equivalent)
• At least one of these certifications: CBCI, DRI ABCP / CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer , or another internationally recognised certification in Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery
• Eligibility and willingness to go through security screening for an EU CONFIDENTIAL clearance
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional work across several technical teams
• Experience maintaining plans, reports, action trackers, test calendars or governance documents
• English at B2 level (CEFR) or higher
