HLTH is seeking a high-impact Google Ads specialist to own the full Google Ads channel across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube. You will drive multi-channel campaigns with strict brand control, optimize assets and bidding, and collaborate with the creative team to brief effective hooks and landing pages.

You will manage substantial monthly spend, use AI tools for rapid workflow, and report weekly progress.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Google Ads buying for eCommerce.
Proven track record managing $50k+/month in profitable spend.
Deep expertise with Performance Max, Shopping, Merchant Center.
Experience running cold and warm YouTube traffic.
Strong knowledge of ad styles, angles, landing pages.
Proficient in English for team collaboration.
Daily use of AI tools for research and rapid workflows.

Responsabilités

Drive full-funnel Google Ads: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Demand Gen with separate budgets.
Scale Performance Max by testing asset groups and audience signals.
Own Merchant Center globally: fix disapprovals, rewrite titles, align price/language/shipping.
Maintain tracking with Aimerce and Google's tech stack.
Build YouTube campaigns for cold traffic with the creative team.
Brief on hooks, angles, images, and landing-page messages.
Test daily across queries, bidding, copy, video angles, and landing pages; report weekly results.
