Black Swans Exist GmbH is seeking a senior microbiology leader to own and grow the microbiology laboratory within a large-scale biotech manufacturing facility. You will shape department operations, develop your team, and drive improvements impacting product quality across GMP-regulated environments.

You'll lead testing for raw materials, ingredients, and environmental monitoring, ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP and international standards.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in a large-scale GMP environment
• Proven people leadership and team development
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field

Responsabilités

• Oversee the microbiology laboratory for raw materials, bulk and environmental monitoring
• Lead and develop the team; drive improvements in processes and compliance
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory inspections with cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement to laboratory performance and quality systems

Fluent English

Strong microbiology expertise

Formation

Degree in Microbiology or related field

Pharmacy/Biotechnology optional
