Job summary

Aven Hospitality seeks a hands-on Senior Analyst, HRIS to support Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll configuration. This global team role focuses on configuring, testing, and improving the Workday environment, reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT, ensuring end-to-end payroll accuracy, dashboards, audits, and analytics. Strong Workday expertise and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking configuration.
• Experience supporting year-end payroll cycles and global payroll integrations.
• Strong Workday reporting and security configuration background.
• Experience building advanced reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and audit reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration across Absence, Leaves, Time Tracking, and Payroll; guide scalable design decisions across PATT.
• Support TMF global payroll, including PECI configuration and payroll interface changes.
• Maintain schedules, holiday calendars, and payroll configurations.
• Configure pay groups, earnings, deductions, eligibility rules, and payroll calculations.
