Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Consultant to join our Wind & Solar Advisory team in Poland, supporting onshore wind, offshore wind, and solar projects. You will work with electrical, structural, grid, and commercial teams to deliver technically and commercially informed client guidance across project phases.

The role offers exposure to international projects, a supportive learning environment, and a hybrid work model with a strong emphasis on development and collaboration within a leading global energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or engineering consultancy.
• Experience preparing client-facing reports, technical notes, presentations or analyses.
• Interest in onshore/offshore wind and solar projects with cross-technical understanding.
• Strong writing and communication skills in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and senior consultants in planning and coordinating work packages and deliveries.
• Prepare clear reports, technical notes, analyses and presentations for client decision-making.
• Review project information across electrical, civil, grid, CAPEX/OPEX and schedules.
• Contribute to tender and procurement processes and identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate inputs from Ramboll specialists and external stakeholders to deliver coherent client deliverables.
• Contribute to improving Wind & Solar Advisory tools and knowledge sharing across projects.
