Job summary

Ramboll Group A/S in Warsaw seeks a Consultant for our global Wind & Solar Advisory team, supporting onshore wind, offshore wind and solar projects. You will contribute to advisory assignments combining technical, commercial and strategic perspectives to help clients make informed decisions.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams across electrical, structural, grid, project economics and procurement interfaces, coordinating inputs and delivering clear reports, analyses and client-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering in relevant field (electrical, mechanical, renewable energy etc.)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in renewable energy or engineering consultancy.
• Experience preparing client-facing reports, technical notes, presentations, tender documentation or financial/commercial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and senior consultants in planning and coordinating work packages, interfaces and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project specifications, regulatory requirements, industry standards and client expectations.
• Prepare clear reports, technical notes, analyses and presentations, including feasibility assessments, risk reviews, technical due diligence findings, performance evaluations and recommendations for client decision-making.
• Review and assess project information across cross-technical areas such as electrical design, structural design, civil works, grid connection, project layout, CAPEX/OPEX assumptions, project schedules, procurement strategies and construction interfaces.
• Support tender and procurement processes by contributing to technical requirements, reviewing bidder documentation, supporting technical evaluations and helping identify key risks, gaps and opportunities.
• Coordinate inputs from Ramboll specialists and external stakeholders, helping integrate technical, commercial and financial perspectives into coherent client deliverables.
