Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Consultant to join our global Wind & Solar Advisory team. You will support onshore/offshore wind and solar projects, blending technical, commercial and strategic insights to help clients make informed decisions across project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering in relevant field (electrical, mechanical, renewable energy, etc.).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering consultancy, project development, technical advisory, project execution, transaction advisory or project finance.
• Experience preparing client-facing reports, technical notes, presentations, tender documentation or financial/commercial analyses.
• Interest in onshore wind, offshore wind and solar projects, with ability to understand cross-technical and commercial topics.
• Strong writing and communication skills in Polish and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in multidisciplinary and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support advisory assignments of varied complexity across onshore wind, offshore wind and solar projects.
• Prepare clear reports, technical notes, analyses and presentations for client decision-making.
• Review project information across cross-technical areas (electrical, structural, civil, grid, CAPEX/OPEX, schedules).
• Support tender and procurement by contributing to technical requirements and evaluating bidders.
• Coordinate inputs from Ramboll specialists and external stakeholders for coherent client deliverables.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and improvement of Wind & Solar Advisory tools and templates.
