Job summary

BeOne seeks an Associate Director, Web Technologies Lead to own the enterprise CMS platform and hosting for BeOne’s global web ecosystem. You will guide the technical roadmap, oversee deployments, and ensure security, accessibility, and compliance across markets.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver scalable, high‑performing web experiences and ensure consistency across all web properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Technologies, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in web technologies, CMS platforms, or digital engineering.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, hosting environments, and web performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise CMS platform (WordPress) and hosting environment for BeOne’s global web ecosystem.
• Define and manage the technical roadmap for enterprise web platforms aligned with global priorities.
• Ensure CMS supports a global portfolio across Commercial, Medical, Corporate properties and localization needs.
• Oversee release management, deployment readiness, and post-launch validation.
• Ensure security, accessibility, privacy, and compliance across web platforms.
