Job summary

BeOne is seeking a Senior Director, Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture to define, lead, and govern the global infrastructure architecture strategy. You will shape roadmaps across cloud, network, data center, and platform services, partnering with cybersecurity and business technology teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive IT experience including infrastructure architecture, engineering, cloud platforms, and global IT environments.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience managing technical teams or large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, data center technologies, identity, endpoint, automation, disaster recovery, and security.
• Experience designing and governing hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, regulatory compliance, data protection, and business continuity.
• Strong vendor management, financial acumen, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global infrastructure architecture strategy, roadmap, standards, and reference architectures.
• Lead architectural planning across cloud platforms, network, compute, storage, identity, and infrastructure services.
• Ensure infrastructure supports global growth, resilience, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity standards.
• Partner with enterprise teams to align capabilities with technology strategy.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and define adoption strategies for agility and cost efficiency.
