Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Global VOS Deployment Manager to rapidly establish and stabilize the Vertiv Operating System in priority manufacturing sites. You will work on-site with local and regional leadership to implement foundational OS practices, including 5S+1, visual management, and Leader Standard Work.

The role spans underperforming sites, new launches, and major expansions to drive disciplined execution and rapid stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing, Lean, continuous improvement, or plant transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wave 12 deployment at designated sites with defined readiness gates.
• Assess site conditions and translate findings into a 12-week deployment plan.
• Provide hands-on implementation, coaching, and governance until handover.
• Escalate barriers and risks with clear recovery actions and timelines.
• Deploy Tier Accountability, daily management cadence, and visual controls.
• Train leaders to sustain standard work and leadership routines after handover.
• Support site launches and expansions with operating-system readiness.
