Job summary

Vestas is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead offshore service site operations within the NCE region. You will coach site supervisors and technicians, ensure readiness for new sites, and drive safe, efficient performance across global teams.

Role requires strong technical knowledge of turbine platforms, hands-on leadership, and willingness to travel internationally. You will collaborate with Service Managers to prioritise workload and support continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in offshore wind or similar operations.
• Experience coaching and developing site teams across distributed sites.
• Strong communication and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Support readiness up to 12 months before site handover with processes and training in place.
• Coach Site Supervisors and Technicians to drive safe, efficient site operations.
• Coordinate resources through SAP, including personnel, tools and materials.
• Deliver onboarding and knowledge transfer programmes for new supervisors and site teams.
• Act as operational partner to Service Managers for continuous improvement.
